The pleasure of good food in pleasant surroundings is important to us and when it comes to the preparation we have adopted the slow food motto ‘Good, clean, fair!’ The seasonal availability of ingredients shapes our choices and close attention is paid to natural, high quality food production while, as far as possible, avoiding additives. Ingredients are sourced from regional producers and suppliers. You will find regional specialities on our menu, for example Demeter-certified vegetables as part of our vegetarian dishes, but also pork from straw-bedded pigs from Berching, carp, char and trout from Biberbach as well as ‘Juradistl’ pasture beef from Neumarkt in Upper Palatinate.

Our fine and carefully prepared food is our calling card! Anyone who appreciates an enjoyable evening with appetising regional culinary delights, served by our attentive staff, is welcome to come to our restaurant and sizeable beer garden with a stunning view across the river Sulz.

You can order hot meals daily from 11.30 a.m. to 1.45 p.m. as well as in the evenings from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
